AW-LAKE Product

  The AW-LAKE variable area flowmeter is an industry benchmark. This product line has produced over 15000 flow meters made of aluminum, brass, or stainless steel, with variable measurement areas for liquids, oil, water, compressed air, and gases. AW-LAKE flow meters are recommended for machine cooling and lubrication, packaging, semiconductor production, high-pressure and hose applications, automotive and aviation industries, and mining industries.

  The variable area flow measurement method measures the volume flow of fluids (liquids and gases). The moving sharp edge hole is located inside the piston assembly, forming a circular opening with the contour measuring cone. The piston assembly is equipped with a cylindrical PPS/ceramic magnet, which is magnetically coupled with an external indicator magnet. The magnet directly responds to the movement of the piston and moves accurately, providing a visual display of flow rate.
